The front counter

Tell me the job. I’ll tell you the price and the date.

No discovery-call gauntlet, no proposal theater. One conversation with the builder, one written estimate, one decision — yours.

Three ways in, all of them ending at the same desk. The form is fastest if it’s after hours; the phone is fastest if it isn’t. Either way you get the builder, not a intake department — this shop doesn’t have one.

Weekdays 8–6 Central. If a build has my hands full, leave a message — same-day callbacks are house policy.

From the counter

Before you write

What happens after I send the form?+

Casey reads it — personally, usually within hours — and replies with either a couple of clarifying questions or a proposed time to talk. No drip sequence, no “success manager,” no sales choreography.

Is the estimate really free?+

Free, fixed, and in writing. If the honest answer is that you do not need what you asked about, you will hear that too — it is cheaper for everyone than building the wrong thing.

How soon can a project start?+

The build calendar usually books one to three weeks out. Since builds run 7–10 days, most projects are live within a month of the first phone call.

Do you work outside of Texas?+

Everywhere in the United States — most client relationships live on the phone and the progress link. Fifty cities and counting, one time zone at a time.
