Exhibit A through D —

The work, stated in booked jobs.

Client names are furnished on request rather than printed here — these are working shops, not billboards. The numbers are theirs; the builds are all mine.

Custom build · 9 days

The twelve-truck shop that stopped renting its leads

The problem
A Phoenix operation spending five figures monthly on a lead service that sold the same leads to three competitors. Their own site — a 2014 template — booked almost nothing.
The build
Full custom build with emergency-first mobile design, city pages for the East Valley, ServiceTitan booking, and financing woven through every replacement page.
The result
Within one season, their own site out-produced the lead service. They cut the subscription and kept the difference.

WordPress rebuild · 10 days

Six seconds to six-tenths: a rebuild in the Rust Belt

The problem
A Columbus family shop, thirty-one years old, with a WordPress site held together by nineteen plugins. Load time: six seconds. Last hack: recent. Last ranking: falling.
The build
Hand-coded rebuild preserving every URL, every review, and the shop’s beloved 1990s mascot — redrawn, not discarded. Custom CMS so the owner’s daughter runs specials herself.
The result
Load time fell to under a second, the map-pack position came back in a quarter, and the maintenance retainer they had paid for a decade went to zero.

Dashboard + integrations

The owner who finally saw her numbers

The problem
A San Antonio shop running ads on four channels with four reports and zero idea which channel produced invoices. Marketing meetings ran ninety minutes and settled nothing.
The build
Custom sales dashboard wired to Housecall Pro, call tracking, and every lead form — one screen: leads, sources, close rates, revenue per channel.
The result
Two ad channels were quietly fired within a month. The money moved to what worked. Marketing meetings now run eleven minutes.

AI CSR agent

The cold snap that answered its own phones

The problem
A Columbus contractor losing every after-hours no-heat call to voicemail — and to whichever competitor answered. Overnight answering services kept misbooking jobs.
The build
Custom-trained AI agent on phones and chat, wired to real schedule capacity, with emergency escalation to the on-call tech and transcripts to the dashboard.
The result
Eleven jobs booked its first weekend — two at three in the morning during a cold snap. The answering service contract was not renewed.

I've hired three agencies in twenty years. This is the first time the person who sold me the job was the person who did the job. Turns out that was the feature I'd been paying extra for and never getting.

He told me no twice — things I wanted that wouldn't have worked. An agency would have billed me for both. That's when I knew I'd found the right guy.
