About the hive
We started with one truck and a grudge against “sometime between eight and five.”
Honey Bee began in 2009 with a simple complaint: nobody in this business could tell you when they’d arrive. So we promised a two-hour window, put fifty dollars behind it, and built the company around keeping the promise.

The short version
Show up when you said. Charge what you wrote. Leave it cleaner.
The heating and air business has a reputation, and like most reputations it was earned one customer at a time. There is the technician who arrives four hours late, the price that changes after the panel comes off, the “maintenance special” that turns into a replacement pitch somewhere around the second cup of coffee.
We decided early that the cure was not charm. It was rules. A two-hour window with a penalty attached. A printed flat-rate price, approved before any work. Technicians paid for doing the job right, not for what they sold. Employees, never subcontractors, so the person in your attic has the same standards as the person who answered the phone.
Rules are boring. Boring, it turns out, is what people want from the company that keeps their house at seventy-four degrees in August. We have spent sixteen years being extremely, profitably boring, and we recommend it to everyone.

What we promise
Our guarantees
On time or $50 off
Two-hour arrival windows. Miss it, and fifty dollars comes off the bill without your having to ask.
The price before the work
Flat-rate, in writing, approved by you. The number on the tablet is the number on the invoice.
Fixed for a year
If the same repair fails within twelve months, the return visit — parts and labor — is on us.
Clean-home promise
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and a vacuum on every truck. We leave the house the way we found it, minus the heat.
A note about this site
Honey Bee Heating & Cooling is a fictional company. This website was built by HVAC Web Designers to show what a modern contractor website can do: real-time online booking, an AI assistant that knows the price list, lead forms that convert, and structured data on every page. Everything works. Nobody will come fix your air conditioner.
