Nexstar, wired in properly.
For member shops running the Nexstar playbook — a website built to hit the KPIs the coaches actually ask about.
Art direction
1960s job-site illustration: a serviceman photographing a gleaming condenser install with a boxy vintage camera, the flash frozen mid-pop; a clothesline of developing photo prints stretches to a corkboard labeled "NEXSTAR", each print showing a tidy before/after. Golden-hour light, Kodachrome saturation, cream background, halftone shading.
Nexstar Network members speak a particular dialect: booking rate, average ticket, call count by CSR, marketed-lead cost. The coaching works because it is relentless about measurement — and it quietly assumes your website and phones can produce the numbers. Many member shops discover the assumption is generous. The site their old agency left behind counts “visits,” the call tracking counts rings, and the KPI sheet gets filled in with hope.
What a member-grade build looks like
- Call tracking and attribution that ties every marketed call to its source, the way the playbook expects.
- A dashboard reporting cost per booked job by channel — the number the meetings actually use.
- Booking flows measured stage by stage, so conversion work has a dial to turn.
- Membership machinery for the agreement targets, covered under membership marketing.
Alignment, not affiliation
To be plain: this shop is an independent builder, not a Nexstar vendor, and the network’s trademarks belong to the network. Alignment is the point — the practices Nexstar coaches into members are the same ones this site preaches on its own pages, from pricing ads per booked job to answering every after-hours call. A member shop should never have to explain its KPI vocabulary to its web vendor.
If your coach has ever squinted at your marketing numbers, the fix starts with instrumentation, and instrumentation starts with one phone call. Bring last month’s KPI sheet; the gaps will introduce themselves.

Don’t sweat it —
Wire Nexstar into the machine.
One call scopes the connection: what you run, what your office retypes by hand, and what should be happening automatically by Friday. The estimate is free and the person quoting it does the wiring.
